How do I get there?

Do I need to bring ID/wear a school lanyard?
No, but please do wear your conference ID sticker which you will get when you sing in in the morning
Will there be drinking water available on the day?
Yes, you will receive details on the day
Will sessions be recorded?
Individual sessions are not recorded. However, there will be filiming and photography taking place on the day. If you wish not to be included in this, please make us aware when you sign in.
What is the dress code?
Smart casual, professional clothing is appropriate

Is there parking for cars or bikes?
Our UCL East campus is predominantly car-free. However, there is a drop-off point and a number of disabled parking bays nearby. Accessible parking spaces can be reserved on site. There is secure cycle storage for students and staff as well as bicycle racks for the public to use.
What time does it start and finish?
Please arrive from 8.30, ready for a prompt start at 9am. The days finishes at 3.30pm.

Can I swap my sessions on the day?
Possibly. Some sessions are full. However, on arrival please speak to one of our organisers and if there is space in the session that you wish to attend, we will be able to swap your session
I've lost my personalised timetable, how do I get a new one?
Please bring a pen and notepaper with you on the day, and we can confirm your sessions with you for you to record.
Do I need to bring lunch and refreshments?
There will be hot drinks and pastries on arrival, hot drinks mid morning and mid afternoon, and a seasonal fork buffet at lunchtime.
